Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• ✅ Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the leisure segment within hospitality.
• ✅ Strong network of travel trade partners, tour operators, and agencies (local & international).
• ✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• ✅ Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into business opportunities.
• ✅ Results‑driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• ✅ Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian) is a big plus and preferred.
• ✅ Proficiency in MS Office, Opera/Delphi, and CRM systems.
• ✅ Flexibility to travel for trade shows, sales missions, and client visits.
