A leading consulting firm based in Dubai is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role involves direct support for the CEO, managing a busy calendar and inbox, and executing tasks related to UK property auctions. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as an EA/PA, with hands-on skills in property management, and the ability to anticipate needs proactively. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
Full-time, DIFC-based, immediate start (Dec 2025 / Jan 2026)
A world-class, calm‑under‑pressure EA who has previously supported a founder/CEO running two high‑growth businesses simultaneously (recruitment + property).
You must have direct, recent experience of UK buy‑to‑let property auctions, refurbishments, and refinancing (60–75% LTV).
This is not a traditional corporate PA role – it is a true right‑hand, gatekeeper, and executor role.
