The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding the needs of the business to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, organisation skills and a professional presentation. If you have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, a Personal Assistant or as a Senior Administrative Assistant and have familiarity within the media industry we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the senior management’s calendar, schedule meetings and produce agendas.
  • Take meeting actions points and follow them up with the senior management team.
  • Book travel and prepare complex travel itineraries including arrangement of flights, accommodation, visas and transfers.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of internal priorities and support required.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company providing excellent support to senior management.
  • Manage senior management report and update requests ensuring information is garnered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage senior management’s expenses and petty cash.
  • General admin support to senior management including drafting letters, emails, reports, bill payments.
  • Conduct ad hoc comprehensive research.
  • Attend high profile events as requested by senior management.
  • Build relations with key staff in order to glean updates and data quickly upon request.
  • Support corporate team with duties including content updates, event management, research and other ad hoc duties.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects requested by senior management.
Person Requirements
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task.
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening and weekend hours.
