Responsibilities
  1. Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.
  2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
  4. Conduct research and compile data to support decision‑making processes, providing executives with relevant information and insights.
  5. Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled smoothly.
  6. Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring that sensitive information is protected in compliance with company policies.
  7. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, tracking expenses and providing insights to support financial decision‑making.
  8. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training coordination.
  9. Implement and improve administrative processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  10. Provide additional support to the executive team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
