We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO on a temporary basis, with an immediate start required. This role is ideal for candidates who can quickly step into a fast‑paced environment, providing exceptional administrative and operational support to ensure the CEO’s office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare detailed agendas.
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport.
  • Maintain strong awareness of business priorities and anticipate support needs.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and confidential reports.
  • Manage expense reports, petty cash, and administrative payments.
  • Conduct ad hoc research and prepare executive briefings.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support event coordination and high‑profile engagements as required.
  • Assist with corporate initiatives and special projects as directed by the CEO.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative Assistant — ideally within the media or related industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discreet, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Flexible with availability for occasional evening or weekend work.
  • Only candidates who are immediately available and able to commit to a temporary contract will be considered.
