Logistician - Abu Dhabi, UAE


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistician to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Logician, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts with transportation companies to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods.
- Develop strategies to minimize transportation costs while maintaining efficient delivery times.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ships or airplanes.
- Manage all logistics documentation, including customs paperwork.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Must have a valid UAE visa or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation provided.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
