A leading construction consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager. In this role, you will manage the commercial aspects of large-scale development projects. We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of commercial management experience within construction. - Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial management within construction and consultancy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations in the UAE.
- Proven track record in cost control, contract management, and dispute resolution.
Responsabilités
- Lead the commercial management of projects ensuring compliance with contracts and financial objectives.
- Oversee cost control, procurement, contract administration and risk management.
- Manage claims, variations and dispute resolution in collaboration with legal and project teams.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
- Provide commercial reports, forecasts and financial assessments to senior management.
- Support project teams in achieving budgetary and contractual targets.

Hill International is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction and consultancy services with a proven ability to manage commercial aspects of large‑scale development projects effectively.
- Lead the commercial management of projects ensuring compliance with contracts and financial objectives.
- Oversee cost control, procurement, contract administration and risk management.
- Manage claims, variations and dispute resolution in collaboration with legal and project teams.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
- Provide commercial reports, forecasts and financial assessments to senior management.
- Support project teams in achieving budgetary and contractual targets.
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial management within construction and consultancy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations in the UAE.
- Proven track record in cost control, contract management and dispute resolution.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
- Professional certification (e.g. MRICS / CIOB) is a plus.
