Job summary
A luxury hotel management company is seeking a Hostess for its Dubai location. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating arrangements, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
- International experience preferred.
- Committed to and passionate about the Food and Beverage industry.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage waiting lists.
- Provide information and answer guests' questions.
- Seat guests according to preferences and table rotation.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues.
- Handle phone reservations and inquiries.
