About the business area

Corporate & Investment Banking Group

The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large to mid-size corporates, and commercial clients (SMEs), and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.

We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Transaction Banking DNE team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include
  • Responsible for Transaction Banking Revenue generation by building and executing a business plan for government clients under the DNE portfolio, with a strong focus on hunting new opportunities and opening doors across public sector entities.
  • Providing advice on complex Transaction Banking solutions, identify new opportunities in the public sector market to cross sell Transaction Banking products and solutions.
  • Build and grow interpersonal relationship at senior level, and manage internal stakeholders to deliver Transaction Banking product and services.
  • Provide business insights, identify bottlenecks and work with various department of bank such as Service, Operations, Product, and Risk.
  • Grow structured Trade Finance business and bring in expertise to manage and deliver complex deals and Cash management products, with a focus on government funding structures and procurement cycles.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in Transaction Banking products and solutions.
  • Interpretation of balance sheet/spreadsheets.
