Position: Digital Marketing Manager (Retail)

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content strategies
  • Monitoring website traffic, analytics, and conversion rates
  • Overseeing e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels
  • Planning email marketing, automation, and CRM activities
  • Working with design, content, and media teams
  • Managing marketing budgets and optimizing ad performance
  • Building brand presence across digital channels
  • Tracking KPIs and preparing monthly performance reports
  • Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing online campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, CMS platforms, and social media dashboards.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns to achieve KPIs such as leads, conversions, and brand engagement.
  • Understanding of UX/UI, website optimization, and e-commerce funnels (if applicable).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports.
  • Creativity in developing digital content and brand messaging.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
