A logistics company in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Manager to establish and organize operations in a 2,500 m² facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, proven team leadership skills, and strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management. Proficiency in both Russian and English is mandatory. This role includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations and overseeing inventory accuracy.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 3 years as a Warehouse Manager managing a facility of 2,500 m² or larger.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 15 people.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics.
Responsabilidades
- Establish and organize the warehouse operation from the ground up.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of warehouse personnel.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment.
