Job summary
A logistics firm is seeking an experienced Warehouse In-Charge to lead warehouse operations in Sharjah, UAE. This role requires optimizing warehouse layout, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper documentation of stock movement. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in warehouse management and a strong background in inventory processes. This position offers the chance to make significant improvements in operational efficiency and requires leadership and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Warehouse In-Charge or Inventory Controller.
- Strong background in inventory reorganization and process setup.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, FMCG, etc.
Responsibilities
- Reorganize and optimize the warehouse layout.
- Implement clear binning, labeling, and SKU identification systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse In-Charge to take full ownership of our warehouse operations and reorganize streamline and control company inventory. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in inventory management warehouse layout optimization and process improvement ensuring accuracy efficiency and accountability across all stock movements.
- Reorganize and optimize the warehouse layout for better space utilization and workflow
- Implement clear binning labeling and SKU identification systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records (raw materials finished goods accessories and spare parts)
- Monitor stock levels aging inventory and slow-moving items
- Ensure proper inward and outward movement documentation
- Coordinate with production sales and logistics teams
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits
- Reduce inventory discrepancies losses and damages
- Enforce warehouse SOPs safety standards and cleanliness
- Supervise warehouse staff helpers and loaders
- Prepare inventory and warehouse reports for management
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Warehouse In-Charge or Inventory Controller
- Strong background in inventory reorganization and process setup
- Experience in furniture manufacturing FMCG etc
- Good understanding of FIFO stock aging and inventory controls
- Experience using ERP or inventory systems (Odoo NetSuite or similar preferred)
- Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work hands-on and lead by example
