Your Impact
As a Leader, Client Executive, You Will
  • Lead and Inspire: Direct a team of Account Executives supporting strategic client, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth while coaching and developing sales talent.
  • Drive Strategy and Results: Define and complete short‑and long‑term account strategies, aligning internal and external collaborators to achieve business objectives and exceed financial targets.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and strengthen executive‑level relationships with clients, using consultative selling to identify needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Enable Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally with internal teams—including services, finance, and product development—to deliver value, manage sophisticated opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage Market Insight: Apply market knowledge to position advanced solutions, including software, managed services, and non‑traditional consumption models, driving business outcomes and long‑term client partnerships.
  • Communicate with Impact: Clearly and persuasively communicate complex concepts and strategies to executives, partners, and internal collaborators.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years of account management or sales leadership experience in a high‑technology, fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and managing significant revenue responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining executive relationships with global clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE and public sector market.
  • Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with complex solution selling, including software, managed services, and XaaS models.
  • Strong track record of executive communication, thought leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration.
