We are currently seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy in the retail and contract sectors. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies driving revenue and managing a dynamic team of sales professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for both retail and contract segments.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers retailers and commercial partners.
  • Provide training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management to indicate performance and forecast future trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing initiatives to support sales efforts and drive brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the consumer goods or bedding industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
