Job description

1. Position Overview

Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting Table & Beyond’s full range of OS&E, tableware, room amenities, and lifestyle products to luxury hotels, hospitality groups, restaurants, and corporate clients.

The candidate must demonstrate strong product knowledge, excellent client communication, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and able to represent the company with professionalism and elegance.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, catering companies, etc.).
  • Conduct regular field visits and showroom appointments to present products and solutions.
  • Initiate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and project opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure continuous prospecting activities.

B. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers: procurement managers, F&B directors, executive chefs, housekeeping managers, GM offices, and owners.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
  • Handle client requirements from inquiry to delivery, ensuring smooth communication and service.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

C. Product Knowledge & Presentation

  • Develop strong knowledge of Table & Beyond’s offerings.
  • Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches.
  • Style and present product collections during showroom meetings or site visits.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for special orders, custom items, and pricing when needed.

D. Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements.
  • Update CRM or internal tracking systems with client details and follow-ups.
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and internal training sessions.

E. Coordination & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the showroom, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Follow up with suppliers and operations to meet timelines and client expectations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation: LPOs, quotations, sales agreements, and delivery notes.
  • Assist during exhibitions, events, or trade shows when required.

Skills

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years sales experience in hospitality-related sectors (OS&E, tableware, hotel supply, amenities, furniture, or equivalent).
  • Strong network within UAE/GCC hospitality industry preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred or required depending on location).
