Job summary
A car rental company in Dubai is seeking an experienced operations coordinator to manage service bookings, oversee driver productivity, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in fleet operations, excellent communication skills, and be fluent in English. This role requires responding to customer inquiries promptly and ensuring high standards for vehicle service and management.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in car rental and fleet operations, with a focus on service coordination and customer handling.
- Must be fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Attend all service bookings on time and coordinate with customers.
- Open and close all vehicle transactions for service.
- Organize training for drivers to improve productivity.
- Visit customers to build better relationships.
- Attend breakdowns and provide equivalent vehicles within 2 hours.
