Job summary
A leading service provider in Dubai is looking for a Customer Service Representative to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively handling client inquiries. This full-time position requires strong communication abilities, a university degree, and up to 2 years of experience in customer service or tele sales. The successful candidate will ensure first-call resolution and work closely with clients and internal teams to address needs, without the need for insurance experience.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or tele sales, insurance experience not required.
- Must be bilingual and hold a university degree.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries regarding eligibility and claims.
- Communicate with clients and partners on insurance cover.
- Achieve productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records as required.
