Alhodood Technologies is a growing technology and ERP consulting firm delivering Odoo ERP solutions across real estate, manufacturing, trading, services, and enterprise sectors in the UAE.

We are looking for a driven Telesales Executive with UAE experience and exposure to ERP/software sales to support our expanding Odoo practice.

Location: UAE

Experience: 1–2 Years (UAE experience mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through outbound telesales, follow-ups, and inbound inquiries
  • Pitch Odoo ERP solutions to SMEs and mid-market clients
  • Understand client operations and map requirements to Odoo modules
  • Qualify prospects and schedule demos with consultants and pre-sales teams
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and call records in CRM
  • Achieve monthly revenue and lead conversion targets
  • Support the sales cycle from first call to handover
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of telesales experience in ERP / Odoo / IT software sales
  • Proven experience selling in the UAE market
  • Working knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, HRMS, Inventory, Projects, etc.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident phone presence and objection-handling ability
  • Target‑oriented and disciplined in follow‑ups
