Job summary
An international food trading company located in Dubai is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales growth and market expansion in the region. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and be proficient in Arabic. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and preparing and following up on sales proposals. Immediate availability is preferred for this fast-paced role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within trading or FMCG.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Promote products and services to potential customers.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within trading or FMCG.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in food trading or international companies is an advantage.
- Availability to join immediately or on short notice is preferred.
