Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Calling and onboarding new Victor members to understand their private jet charter needs
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with typically time short clients through outstanding service
  • Following up on outstanding quotes and identifying opportunities to convert
  • Proactively contacting inactive clients to reignite interest
  • Generating new leads through smart prospecting, research, and outreach
  • Managing quotes, bookings, and customer journeys with precision and care
  • Collaborating closely with our global operations team to ensure a seamless experience for every flight
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records via Salesforce

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in sales and customer service (aviation, luxury, real estate, hospitality, or tech preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills - you're confident on the phone, persuasive, and articulate
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter attitude - you take accountability, show initiative, and follow through
  • A genuine interest in private aviation and luxury travel
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • A growth mindset and extensive examples of self-growth
  • Arabic language skills a plus, but not essential
