Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to expand Clarion’s client base, manage key accounts, and lead strategic business initiatives in freight forwarding.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business across sea, air, and land freight.
  • Manage and strengthen key client relationships through regular engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver customized quotations and proposals.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Provide market insights and performance updates to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of international logistics operations and Incoterms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
