Job summary
A leading tech platform is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage incoming and outgoing user interactions, primarily via chats and calls. Candidates must be fluent in Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi, with experience in customer service preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the role offers accommodations and other benefits. The position requires working 11-hour rotational shifts in Dubai.
