Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client outreach showcase our creative work and securing new projects/ opportunities for the company.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries provide detailed product/service information create and send price quotations and manage order processing from start to finish.
- Gather client requirements communicate specifications to studio staff and follow up during production and after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to‑date customer database record all communications and nurture relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the studio at trade shows, exhibitions or presentations; gather client feedback and build key accounts.
- Track sales performance metrics and collaborate with the operation team to reach new audiences and improve offers.
