Patient Relations & Insurance Specialist
Job summary
A healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking a Patient Relations Executive who will be integral in managing medical insurance processes, billing, customer service, and cash handling. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a graduate degree. Strong communication skills are essential, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. This role involves high levels of interaction with patients and requires meticulous data handling to ensure excellent patient experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, cash handling, customer service, and invoicing.
- Fluency in English, with Arabic speaking skills as an advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy and operational thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage accurate flow of medical information and patient data.
- Provide a high level of customer service and interact professionally with clients.
- Manage clinic income records and document transactions.
