Client Engagement
- Assist clients virtually through Respond.io in a timely, professional, and service-driven manner.
- Handle pricing requests, product knowledge inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
- Provide shipping updates, order confirmations, and after-service follow-up.
- Proactively engage in suggestive selling and outreach to drive sales.
Sales & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term loyalty.
- Stay current on fashion and luxury market trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Conduct follow-up on pending and closed orders to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
Operational Coordination
- Communicate with vendors on pricing inquiries, order confirmations, and delivery updates.
- Ensure all orders are systematically and operationally correct in internal systems.
- Collaborate with logistics and sourcing to resolve any shipping or product issues.
- Stay updated with internal communication, product updates, and brand standards.
