Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to lead customer acquisition, strengthen partner engagement, and accelerate our growth in the United Arab Emirates and GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) markets. Reporting to and collaborating closely with the CEO, this role is pivotal in building a scalable sales infrastructure and fostering long-term client success.

- Driving sales initiatives and implementing scalable growth systems.
- Leveraging existing networks in Dubai's real estate ecosystem to drive new business.
- Establishing the foundation for long-term customer success.
- Shaping our customer success program and contributing to our social media strategy.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, with expertise in real estate, SaaS, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies focused on Dubai and the GCC region.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for business growth.
- Lead weekly sales sync meetings to align goals, track progress, and ensure execution.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM and other tools.
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition efforts with targeted strategies.
- Deliver impactful demos and pitches that resonate with prospective clients.
- Lay the groundwork for a customer success program, ensuring a world-class experience for clients.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize lifetime value.
- Identify and attend key trade shows and conferences to expand the company's network and drive brand visibility.
- Establish a proactive feedback loop to inform product and service enhancements.
- Design and refine scalable sales processes, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
- Bring insights from customers and the market to strategic discussions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of our social media strategy, particularly on Instagram, to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- The role may involve travel, including the potential for international trips to clients, conferences, or industry events.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in Dubai's real estate market (real estate brokerage, developer sales, or off-plan project sales).
- Active experience as a Dubai real estate broker or agent with a strong network in the region.
- Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close strategic contracts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management, with expertise in customizing and automating sales processes.
- Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mindset, results-driven and proactive in building a robust business pipeline.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies in entrepreneurial and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with the Middle East business culture and the ability to navigate B2B relationships in the region.
Preferred:
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience in social media strategy and execution.
- Familiarity with customer success management principles.
- A track record of high achievement in previous roles, consistently exceeding quotas without compromising values.
- Arabic language skills are a plus but not required.
