Your primary focus will be on actively seeking new sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Managing existing accounts
• Coordinating with all teams to achieve seamless execution of orders
• Identify and pursue new sales prospects through various channels including networking, cold calls, and online research
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Deliver engaging and informative presentations about our products and services
• Maintain an organized system for tracking sales activity and manage customer accounts efficiently
• Handle negotiations and close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company
• Collaborate closely with other team members to create and implement strategies that increase sales and enhance customer experience
• Providing top-notch customer service
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve our offerings
• Represent Conares at events and trade shows to promote our brand and connect with potential clients

Requirements

• 3 years+ Sales experience in the steel industry or related field
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus
• Competency in using MS Office tools
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and resilient, with a genuine passion for sales
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, presentation and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish connections with clients quickly
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
• Valid UAE Driving License is required
• Experience in Sales Management
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
