The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for CERAMIN KSA. She/he should have previous proven experience at a mid-level to senior position of handling Sales, Marketing, and International Trade and managing local logistics, preferably in KSA or the Middle East.
What You Will Be Doing
- Increasing Import Sales of various commodities, primarily ceramic raw materials
- Develop strategic plans for immediate sales growth & business development
- Monitoring shipping and logistics operations from vessels/containerized cargo to customers
- Need to work with a diverse product range and to handle diversified applications like Ceramic, Glass, Cement, Piling & Construction, Foundry & coating, Steel, Agro-Chemical, etc.
- Focusing on new business development and implementation of all marketing initiatives for the new product launch.
- Possess a focused, customer-oriented approach with excellent relationship management skills and efficiency in dealing with clients across the industries.
- Selling of imported commodities of bulk and containerized cargo
- Periodic market survey and supply-demand analysis
- Predominantly should work on the ceramic market, such as tiles, sanitaryware, and tableware, and also other diversified markets
- Development and execution of marketing plans, concept implementation to improve the potential market
- Accountable for looking after development in different applications like Glass, Cement, Piling & Construction, Foundry, Steel, Ferroalloys, etc.
- Responsible for implementing new products at customer sites while continuously engaging in product trials at the plant level with the support of the technical team
- SWOT analysis of potential customers
- Develop and manage the strategic sales plan with customers and time to time, monitor their activity, performance & growth
- Closely working with the techno-commercial team at the customer end for new product development
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- P & L accountability
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Reporting to HQ & keeping communication flow to top management in the UAE on a regular basis

- Qualification or experience in the Minerals/Commodity sector & logistics
- 7 to 10 years of experience
