Role Overview
This role is purely Account Management focusing on client retention, up-selling, and cross-selling to existing and dormant accounts. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through relationship management and consultative selling while ensuring clients maximize value from our recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with target companies across the Middle East via calls and emails.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and dormant clients.
- Up-sell services, cross-sell solutions, and advise clients on maximizing recruitment outcomes.
- Understand client needs and prepare customized recruitment solution proposals.
- Attend meetings with HR, Finance, Procurement, and senior decision-makers in the UAE and across the region.
- Negotiate terms and pricing, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance product effectiveness.
- Consistently follow up with multiple stakeholders to close sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management and B2B sales.
- Proven track record in client retention, relationship management, and upselling.
- Strong consulting and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, persistent, and target-driven.
- Experience in a high-performance sales environment.
