Overview

As a Sales Executive at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah part of the All-Inclusive Collection you will be responsible for generating business opportunities and strengthening client relationships to drive revenue growth for the hotel. You will support the sales team in achieving targets through proactive sales efforts, exceptional client service and a deep understanding of the SO/ brands bold playful and stylish identity.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across leisure, corporate and group segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls, property tours, and client meetings to showcase the hotels offerings.
  • Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications to secure bookings.
  • Support in the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and brand messaging.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales activities and reports in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Reservations and Revenue teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the hotel professionally at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events.
  • Uphold SO/ brand standards in all client interactions, presentations and communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotels.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and alignment with SO/ brand personality bold, confident and stylish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/sales systems.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, attend events and travel when required.
