A sales solutions provider in Dubai is looking for a dynamic sales professional to visit potential customers in various markets, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong relationship management skills and a proactive sales approach. Responsibilities include generating leads, delivering presentations, and managing customer complaints. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Visit minimum 5 new potential customers every day.
- Maintain a 'Get the Sale' attitude using various sales methods.
- Source new sales opportunities and manage sales to achieve targets.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure accurate product delivery.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Visit minimum 5 new potential customers everyday within the market segment that will be assigned: Hotels Restaurants and Café Offices Schools Hospitals Production Facilities etc.
- Have a “Get the Sale” attitude using various customer sales method (“door-to-door” cold calling LinkedIn and other social media platforms Presentations) and stays in constant touch with the Line Manager for guidance reviews outstanding quotations.
- Source new sales opportunities generate leads qualify prospects and manage sales of products and services to achieve personal targets.
- Understand customers’ requirements and ensure that the correct products and services are delivered.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all products features functions and benefits.
- Prepares and delivers presentations explaining products or services to customer and prospective customers.
- Manage customer relationship by visiting them multiples times to establish trust and make sure that the right level of service is delivered and to create a productive and long-lasting relationship.
- Negotiating with clients to close the sales of products.
- Research information and be update on competition.
- Develop sales plan to deliver objectives for bookings and revenues.
- Resolving key client issues problems and complaints
- Work with internal resources to ensure all customer queries are resolved seamlessly by Culligan team.
- Prepare weekly monthly reports of progress and forecasts.
