Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 900 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. The Sales Manager will be required to build strong relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones in order to maximize sales growth.

We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position; however, the applicant must have valid work authorization for the UAE with no restrictions on their employability status.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed corporate objectives.
  • Establishing strong customer relationships through regular contact, meetings and consultations.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities in order to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Managing a team of sales representatives in order to ensure that all goals are met.
  • Analyzing data related to customer needs, current market conditions, pricing strategies and product positioning in order to inform decisions related to sales strategies and tactics.
  • Negotiating contracts with customers on behalf of the company.
  • Preparing reports on the progress of sales campaigns as well as analyzing potential areas for improvement.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries or complaints by providing suitable solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (at least 5 years)
