The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Home Retail or Hospitality and possess a Bachelor's degree in business management. Responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, leading a high-performing team, and building strategic relationships with clients, while championing innovation and sustainability in B2B operations.

The B2B Sales Director will spearhead the strategic direction and growth of the B2B business, leading the team to achieve ambitious sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
