We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency across digital marketing channels, and a passion for leveraging insights to drive impactful marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels (website, blog, social media, email) to attract and engage target audiences. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as SEM, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and more. Conduct A/B testing and utilize data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and improve performance metrics.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV); provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders. Utilize analytical tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify key customer segments and tailor marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences. Utilize audience targeting capabilities across digital marketing platforms to deliver personalized and relevant messaging to specific customer segments.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in a B2B and/or Agency environment.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience with testing and optimization tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
