Overview
Our client, a prominent organization in the aviation industry, is seeking a PR & Communications Manager to deliver high-level executive support. The role includes coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, speeches, correspondence, and managing official communications on behalf of the Founder & CEO. Candidates with a strong background in PR and communications—particularly within the luxury or hospitality sectors—will be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to manage day-to-day priorities, strategic initiatives, and executive communications.
- Provide high-level executive support, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, speeches, correspondence, and official communications on behalf of the Founder & CEO.
- Lead and support public relations, communications, and copywriting initiatives, including press releases, thought-leadership content, speeches, talking points, and key messaging for the CEO.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the Founder & CEO and internal teams, clients, partners, media representatives, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the Founder & CEO at selected business development meetings, networking engagements, negotiations, and client discussions, ensuring consistent and aligned messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, industry leaders, media contacts, and partners to strengthen the Founder & CEO’s and company’s presence.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure communication, public positioning, and business initiatives align with corporate strategy and brand standards.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with authorities and regulatory bodies, supporting company interests and ensuring effective communication and compliance.
- Track and manage critical projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution, clear follow-ups, and effective use of resources.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and briefings to the Founder & CEO on market trends, public sentiment, business opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefing notes, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the Founder & CEO remains well-informed on project status, stakeholder engagements and media interactions.
- Organize and participate in internal leadership meetings to align priorities, communicate updates, and drive follow-through on key initiatives.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Founder & CEO.
