The Digital Marketing Specialist is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to analyze data to drive successful campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.

Manage and optimize social media accounts across various platforms to enhance engagement and reach.

Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for digital channels.

Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to enhance marketing efforts.

Assist in budget management for digital marketing initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Preferred Candidate:

Proven experience in digital marketing or related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

• Proficiency in SEO and SEM strategies.
• Experience with social media marketing and management.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to create engaging content for various digital platforms.
• Understanding of PPC advertising and budget management.
