Job summary
A leading automotive company in Dubai is seeking a professional to support the sales team in promoting sales and achieving targets. Responsibilities include preparing project-specific quotes, coordinating with service departments, and providing technical support to engineers. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCad and good communication skills are essential. Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes/offers for enquiries based on project requirements.
- Prepare compliance statements and submittals as needed.
- Communicate with principals for technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with service department for post-sales activities.
- Maintain project files and database.
- Provide technical support to sales engineers.
Skills
Education
The role supports the sales team to assist and promote sales and contribute in meeting the segments’ objective.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of quote/offer for the enquiries in line with project specific requirement
- Prepare compliance statement and submittals as per project requirement
- Correspond with principals for technical clarifications, compliance and submittals
- Co-ordinate with service department for post-sales support and activities
- Preparation and maintenance of project files and database
- Providing necessary technical support to the sales engineers
Education/Certification and Continued Education
- Degree in relevant branch of Engineering or equivalent Technical qualification
Years of Experience
- 1-3 Years in relevant field
Knowledge and Skills
- Working proficiency in AutoCad
- Must have a strong knowledge of the market
- Effective communication, negotiation and selling skills
