Job summary
A premier high-end furniture company in Dubai is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Director to drive strategic sales initiatives across the UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Home Retail or Hospitality and possess a Bachelor's degree in business management. Responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, leading a high-performing team, and building strategic relationships with clients, while championing innovation and sustainability in B2B operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Set the B2B vision and strategy to drive long-term growth and revenue.
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying new markets and opportunities.
- Drive overall sales performance and pricing strategy in line with financial targets.
- Oversee major projects across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, and marketing.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships and represent the company at events.
