Responsibilities

• Assist guests professionally and friendly.

• Handle guest queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Know hotel and local services well.
• Use Opera guest profile system to maintain guest profiles.
• Manage wakeup call sheet and deliver calls on time.
• Operate the switchboard for effective call transferring.
• Take messages for guests and management.
