A prominent automotive parts company is seeking a Parts Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi to drive parts sales and manage workshop inquiries. This role focuses on customer service excellence, technical support, and inventory management to ensure timely availability of parts. The candidate should have 2–3 years of automotive parts sales experience and strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, alongside excellent communication and customer service skills.
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving parts sales by proactively engaging with both retail customers and the workshop team. As part of our Specialized Sports Equipment team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where customer service excellence and operational efficiency are paramount. You will ensure timely availability of required parts, monitor inventory levels, control aged and slow‑moving stock, and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal departments. Your proactive, customer‑focused approach will be essential in managing both retail and workshop parts requirements efficiently.
