Our Client:

Our client are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by discovering, qualifying, building relationships, negotiating, and onboarding new clients.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales Development and collaborate with local Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Product Demonstration & Differentiation: Clearly communicate the company's value proposition and differentiate our platform from competitors.
  • Lead Generation & Opportunity Management: Drive new product sales by managing prospects through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Delivery: Accurately forecast revenue and achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and actively follow up on qualified leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to enhance lead generation efforts and brand awareness.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, plans, and opportunities in Zoho CRM.
Your Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of software sales experience, including 2+ years in complex, enterprise-level solution sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas through effective prospecting, discovery, and new business acquisition.
  • Strong experience in the SaaS software market is essential.
  • Experience in the HR & Payroll software space is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proven track record of successfully selling to enterprises with 500+ employees.
