Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Identify and pursue new business opportunities (cold calling, networking, pitching).
  • Manage existing client relationships to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Marketing Solutions Consulting - Understand client marketing goals and recommend customized solutions.
  • Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Campaign Execution & Reporting - Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR) to deliver campaigns.
  • Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest optimizations.
  • Market Insights - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in digital marketing services (social media, PPC, content, SEO).
