Job summary

A leading motorcycle company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for motivated sales professionals to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include promoting products, identifying customer needs, and engaging in riding communities. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably in the motorcycle industry, and a strong commitment to achieving targets. A driving license for motorcycles is essential. This role offers opportunities to work closely with the motorcycle industry and develop strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience of two to three years, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
  • Driving license for motorcycles is mandatory.
  • Proactive, diligent, and driven with a strong desire to achieve.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and maintain the standard sales policies and processes set by the company.
  • Meet or surpass the monthly sales targets assigned.
  • Constantly improve selling techniques & customer handling skills.
  • Promote additional products alongside the units, such as financing, insurance, riding gear, and accessories.
  • Maintain knowledge of the motorcycle industry, including product range, models, features, and benefits.
  • Identify and assess the market situation and identify customer requirements.
  • Look for opportunities to sell our products and services.
  • Engage in riding communities and power sports events.
  • Perform customer visits both inside and outside and organize test rides.
  • Continuously gauge management requirements and improvise or create reports to cater to them.
  • Ensure work quality to avoid errors/rework and act on internal/external customer concerns to improve operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
  • Arabic communication skills will be an advantage.
  • Sales experience of two to three years would be ideal, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
  • Driving license for motorcycles is mandatory.
  • Strong mathematical approach.
  • Solid product and market expertise.
  • Proactive, diligent, and driven with excellent communication abilities and a strong desire to achieve.
  • It would be advantageous to have knowledge of IT systems including POS, ERP, and Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work from Monday to Saturday with flexible work hours.
