Sales Manager job vacancy in Zayed City UAE in a sales environment and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Zayed City. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by managing a team of sales representatives. You will be expected to develop and implement successful sales strategies, set performance objectives, and lead your team to exceed their goals.

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and track performance against objectives.
• Set clear performance objectives and lead the team to exceed goals.

• At least two years of experience in a sales environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer needs.
• Ability to create a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and maintains strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred but not required.

Salary: 1800 per month. Open to foreign candidates who meet the criteria mentioned above.
