Job summary
A leading localization service provider is seeking a freelance Arabic translator to work on marketing and IT translations. This role requires native proficiency in Arabic, strong IT skills, and experience with SDL Studio and CAT tools. The translator will be responsible for ensuring quality through linguistic reviews and terminology management. Flexibility and availability for project-based work are essential. The position is remote but requires candidates to be located in Dubai and possess valid work authorization in the UAE.
Qualifications
- Native speaker with a degree in Applied Linguistics, Translation or relevant experience.
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of relevant tools.
- Experience in marketing and IT translation and proofreading.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality translation for marketing and IT materials.
- Perform linguistic reviews and quality assurance checks.
- Manage terminology consistency via TMs and glossaries.
