Procurement Executive will be responsible to manage and execute the procurement of eggs from international suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards, import regulations, and cost-efficiency. The role also includes sourcing and managing other co-packing items. The incumbent must act as a liaison between management and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and efficiency at all times.

• Procurement of Imported Eggs: Identify and evaluate international suppliers of eggs based on price, quality, certifications, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, incoterms, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Ensure all imports comply with relevant food safety, veterinary, and customs regulations.
• Monitor international market trends and supply chain risks (e.g., seasonality, currency fluctuation, geopolitical factors).
• Coordinate with logistics and clearance agents to ensure timely delivery and cold chain integrity.
• Work closely with production and co-packing partners to forecast needs and manage inventory levels.
• Maintain vendor relationships and identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.
• Ensure all materials meet company branding and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain procurement records, purchase orders, contracts, and import documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations (health certificates, origin documents, etc.).
• Track shipments and handle discrepancies with suppliers or customs if needed.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
• Provide regular updates on procurement status, risks, and opportunities.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
