The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, providing expert guidance to clients, and closing successful real estate transactions. You will represent one of the most trusted and fast-expanding real estate brands, with strong marketing support and high-quality lead flow.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in the competitive Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and property portals
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to clients
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requests in a timely manner
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
• Prepare and present property options tailored to client needs
• Negotiate terms and close successful rental and sales deals
• Update CRM with all client interactions and deal progress
• Meet monthly sales and performance targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in sales (Real Estate preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism and personal presentation
• Ability to generate leads and manage client portfolios
• Familiarity with RERA rules and Dubai property market trends
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work under pressure
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Fluent in English; Russian, Arabic, French, or other languages are a plus
