Role Objective: A hungry go-getter mindset personal to drive commercial growth for the dermatology and aesthetic medicine event by securing sponsorships, exhibition sales, and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with the IP’s positioning and long-term market objectives.
Preferred Background & Skills
- 5 years of sales experience in the dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare event industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client partnerships and close deals with senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proactive and results-driven with a consultative sales approach and high commercial awareness.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Taking on the owners in ensuring end-to-end delivery of sponsor / exhibitor deliverables.
- Essential experience in using excel, CRM tools is an advantage.
- Arabic and/or French language proficiency preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential sponsors, exhibitors, and industry partners across the dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key liaison between partners and the organizing team.
- Understand client objectives and tailor sponsorship and exhibition packages to meet their marketing and branding goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and conference teams to create compelling proposals, customized sales decks, and post-event reports.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and revenue tracking.
- Participate in industry networking events and maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with the leadership team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the strategic growth of the IP.
- Provide input on partnership strategies and product offerings to enhance event value and partner satisfaction.
