  • Identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities within the UAE’s rapidly growing building market.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings, site visits, and technical presentations for architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships for both new and repeat business.
  • Track market developments, sustainability standards, and monitor competitor activity in the eco‑construction sector.
  • Represent the company at key trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in building materials, construction products, or sustainability‑focused sectors preferred.
