A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales activities and exceed revenue targets. You will be responsible for promoting the hotel brand, securing new business contracts, and maintaining strong business relationships. Ideal candidates should have a College Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel, alongside excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
You will actively participate in all sales activities and work in alignment with the Sales & Marketing Plan focusing on the MICE market segments with the objective of exceeding the hotels revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include promoting the hotel brand securing new business contracts and maximizing revenue opportunities for the property.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships across local domestic and international markets. This includes monitoring competitor activities and market trends attending travel functions and sales roadshows and organizing sales trips to generate business for the hotel.
We will provide you with the necessary training and tools to become a confident Sales Manager who stands out in the market by delivering outstanding results. You will report directly to the Director of Sales & Business Development who will offer ongoing coaching and support to help you reach your goals.
