Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Sales Manager – Culinary Solutions is responsible for driving unit sales growth of professional cooking solutions in the UAE, with a strong focus on Combi Ovens. This role combines commercial leadership, direct sales responsibility, and culinary-driven customer engagement.

You will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and actively engage end users through live cooking demonstrations, product presentations, and targeted culinary events. Acting as both a sales leader and culinary ambassador, you will translate product performance into clear customer value, driving adoption and long-term partnerships across the hospitality and foodservice sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute the UAE go-to-market strategy for unit sales of Combi Ovens and other Unit Sales.
  • Build, manage, and convert a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Drive direct engagement with end users including restaurants, hotels, bakeries, catering companies, and institutional foodservice operators.
  • Support broader business development initiatives such as trade shows, industry events, and key account visits.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to continuously refine sales tactics.

Culinary Engagement & Demonstration

  • Conduct live cooking demonstrations and product presentations for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Leverage the culinary events center to host segment-specific showcases and tailored customer experiences.
  • Translate culinary expertise into compelling commercial arguments highlighting performance, efficiency, consistency, and return on investment.
  • Provide hands‑on product training and onboarding to ensure successful customer adoption.

Collaboration & Brand Representation

  • Work closely with marketing, culinary, and service teams to drive targeted campaigns and customer success.
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, kitchen consultants, dealers, and key decision‑makers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Electrolux Professional Group’s values with authenticity and professionalism.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within foodservice equipment, hospitality, or professional kitchens.
  • Strong culinary background (e.g., chef experience, culinary education, or extensive kitchen exposure) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform confident, engaging live cooking demonstrations.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect product features to customer value and ROI.
  • Well-established network within the UAE hospitality and foodservice market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self‑driven, and comfortable building a business in a growth environment.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits, demos, and events.
